joint
venture
agreement

earn

60%
interest

Rossi
by
spending
a
total
of
$15
million
by
June
6,
2003.
During
the
first
quarter
of
2000,
mining
was
completed
at
Beartrack.
Residual
leaching
will
continue
over
the
next
several
years.
For
2000,
Beartrack
produced
72,000
ounces
of
