Financial Summary

Chromcast Revington, Inc. designs, manufactures and sells residential and commercial furniture in the U.S. and Canada through Chromcraft Corp., Peters-Revington Corp., Silver Furniture Co., and Cochrane Furniture Co. For the six months ended 6/30/01, sales fell 18% to $114.3 million. Net income fell 32% to $6 million. Revenues reflect sluggish retail furniture sales as a result of the economic slowdown. Earnings also suffered from certain unabsorbed overhead.
