Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation has four wholly-owned subsidiaries: CC Beverage (U.S.) Corporation, Clearly Canadian Beverage (International) Corporation, 546274 Alberta Limited and Blue Mountain Springs Ltd. The Company, together with its affiliated companies, produces, distributes and markets beverage products including Clearly Canadian flavoured sparkling beverages, Clearly Canadian O+2, Cascade Clear bottled water and flavoured beverages, Tré Limone and Battery. Its products are distributed in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, the Caribbean, France, Brazil, Japan, Turkey, the Philippines, the Middle East as well as other countries. The Company largest markets for its products are presently the United States and Canada (approximately 90% of the Company's total sales).

Financial Summary

CCBC is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of its Clearly Canadian line of carbonated mineral water and natural fruit flavored sparkling beverages, noncarbonated beverages and bottled water. For the three months ended 3/31/01, revenues rose 11% to $6.7 million. Net loss before U.S. GAAP fell 61% to $704 thousand. Revenues reflect an increase in sales of Clearly Canadian sparkling flavoured water. Lower loss reflects a decrease in personnel-related expenses.
