the
DBS
Services
segment
was
closed

direct
broadcast
satellite
equipment
is
no
longer
included
in
the
Company's
product
offerings.
International
sales,
primarily
for
Chemical
Specialties
and
Partsmaster
Group,
are
conducted
through
subsidiaries
in
Europe,
Canada,
Latin
America,
Australia
and
the
Far
East.
The
products

the
Company

its

are
