For the six months ended 3/31/01, revenues decreased 15% to $30.3 million. Net loss before extraordinary item totaled $1.6 million vs. an income of $1.6 million. Results reflect decreased commissions due to a slumping securities market. Net loss reflects increased occupancy expenses.
