The Company offers licenses to operate retail stores using the service marks "Play It Again Sports", "Once Upon A Child", "Music Go Round", "ReTool" and "Plato's Closet". In addition, the Company sells inventory to its Play It Again Sports franchisees through its "Buying Group," and operates retail stores.

Grow Biz International offers licenses to operate retail stores using the service marks ``Play It Again Sports'', ``Once Upon A Child'', ``Music Go Round'', ``Retool'', ``Plato's Closet'' and others. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues fell 26% to $18.6 million. Net income totalled $1.4 million vs. a loss of $1.8 million. Revenues reflect the sale of Computer Renaissance stores. Earnings benefitted from increased emphasis on higher margin sales.
