Business Summary COMFORCE Corporation is a provider of specialty staffing, consulting and outsourcing services primarily to Fortune 500 companies for their information technology, telecommunications, scientific and engineering-related needs. COMFORCE Operating, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of COMFORCE, was formed for the purpose of facilitating certain of the Company's financing transactions. Through a national network of 62 offices (48 Company-owned and 14 licensed), the Company recruits and places highly skilled contingent personnel and provides financial and outsourcing services for a broad customer base. The Company's labor force consists primarily of computer programmers, systems consultants, telecommunications engineers, analysts, engineers, technicians, scientists, researchers and skilled office support personnel. The Company has three operating segments, Staff Augmentation, Human Capital Management Services and Financial Services.
