of
the
pharmacies
in
North
America,
20%
of
the
nation's
hospitals,
and
1,000
health
care
payers
representing
over
4,000
payer
plans.
NDC
eCommerce
has
one
million
points
of
service
in
more
than
775,000
merchant
locations,
provides
services
to
thousands
of
corporations
and
more
than
700
financial
institutions,
as
well
as
numerous
federal
and
state
government
agencies.
As
a
result
of
regular
strategy
reviews,
during
fiscal
2000,
the
decision
was
made
to
restructure
into
two
separate
businesses.
On
January
31,
2001,
the
Company
spun-off
its
eCommerce
segment.

Data
Corporation
is
now
doing
business
as
