sold
its
Satellite
Services
and
Fiber

Technologies
divisions
in
order
to
focus
on
its
role
as

Internet
enabler.

November
2000,
the
Company
and
certain
subsidiaries
filed
voluntary
petitions
for
Chapter
11
protection
with
the
U.S.
Bankruptcy
Court
for
the
District
of
