Financial Summary
NT is a global supplier of networking solutions and services that support voice, data, and video transmission over wireless and wireline technologies. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues fell 20% to $10.36 billion. Net loss from continuing ops . before acctg. change totalled $19.01 billion, up from $1.3 billion. Revenues reflect lower sales of optical inter-city and local internet customer solutions. Net loss reflects $13.93 billion in restructuring and other non-recurring charges.
