Financial Summary
CacheFlow designs, develops and markets appliances that accelerate and manage the flow of information over the Internet through a process called Internet caching, the storing of popular objects closer to the individuals requesting them. For the fiscal year ended 4/01, net sales totaled $97.7 million, up from $29.3 million. Net loss applicable to Common totaled $519.1 million, up from $62.7 million. Results reflect the introduction of new products, offset by $272.9 million in asset impairment charges.
