The Company derives its revenues primarily from the subscription fees it charges for the use of its premium services, from the sale of advertising and from various types of electronic commerce.

JWEB is a provider of Internet-related services to millions of computer users throughout the U.S. The Company offers several levels of service, ranging from basic dial-up Internet access to high-speed broadband Internet access. For the three months ended 3/31/01, revenues increased 19% to $28.7 million. Net loss decreased 80% to $9.6 million. Revenues reflect an increase in billable services. Net loss reflects a decrease in subscriber acquisition costs.
