Intrado, Inc., formerly known as SCC Communications Corp., is a provider of 9-1-1 operations support system (OSS) services to telecommunications carriers. The Company's customers include incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs), competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), wireless carriers, and state and local governments in North America. The Company has created a 9-1-1-service bureau with over 101 million subscriber data records under management throughout North America. The Company has four revenue-generating segments, consisting of ILECs, CLECs, Wireless and Direct. ILEC customers include Ameritech, BellSouth Inc. and Qwest. CLEC customers include Worldcom, TriVergent Communications Inc. and Nextlink Communications Inc. Wireless customers include CommNet Cellular Inc., AT&T Wireless Services, Sprint PCS, Qwest Wireless, Nextel and Nextel Partners, and the Direct customer consists of a contract with the General Services Commission of Texas.

Financial Summary
Intrado, Inc. is a provider of 911 operations support systems services to ILECs, CLECs and wireless carriers nationwide. For the six months ended 6/30/01, revenues rose 63% to $31.5 million. Net loss before acct. change rose from $2.3 million to $5.5 million. Revenues reflect the acquisition of LPSS and an increase in the number of records under management. Higher loss reflects increased S/G/A and R&D expenses related to increased staffing levels.
