receivable,
including

Quad
name,
to
Tyco
Electronics
Corporation.
In
connection
with
the
sale,
the
Company
changed
its
name
from
Quad
to
Epigenesis,
Inc.,
under
which
it
will
operate
until
the
completion
of
its
expected
