Creative clinical data engineer with 5+ years of experience applying data wrangling and the ETL process on large-scale biomedical data sets, including preparing, processing, cleaning, and quality controlling to support data science and machine learning projects.

Collaborative researcher with strong knowledge of machine learning, statistical programming, data mining, data visualization, relational databases, cloud environment, and high-performance computing; leading to 10+ data science projects.

As a Ph.D. student in Biomedical Informatics at the Institute for Data Science and Informatics, I'm researching the development and application of machine learning algorithms for biomedical data to improve ALS patients' care.

I received my master's in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Madison. where I have done projects in bioinformatics, machine learning, database management systems, and data analysis.
