These programs are compiled for 32 bit Windows (ie. Windows NT or Windows 95) using the Intel ISA (Instruction Set Architecture). The programs were compiled using GCC Compiler by Cygnus. They will not run under Win 3.1 or before. You will need a copy of cygwin.dll to run the programs.
