- The GXa case is particularily nice -- the main intake air openning
is 1/2 way up the front of the case. This prevents it from
drawing a lot of debris into the case from a bottom inlet;
the case remains one of the cleanest I have.
Even thought the CPU is a PII, the fans are both quiet.
- In 2021 -- This is still a respectable machine, however with
limited memory.
Power consumption is high for the performance, as is heat
generation.
As the chassis grows old, it overheats the disk drives and the
power supply.
It has several PCI slots -- and is a great I/O server.
This was for a newer dell OptiPlex I was considering.
However, the access -- need top and bottom to hit the releases,
and then the case open sideways makes it really difficult to
work with in a crowded computer room.

- 500 Sheet Paper Tray -- RK461 -- 311-9567
The 5100CN is probably a re-badgeged Xerox Phaser 6300, or some
other printer in the 6200-6350 series.
Most of the parts are keyed, so if you find it and it fits it
is probably right.
Consumables
Most of the Dell consumables are quite reasonably priced.
I don't see a big reason to go after substitutes.
The color toner cartridges are the most expensive parts; about $190 each
from Dell.
