Pool Tournaments

I originally wrote this page in 2013-2014 timeframe. It is now 2021. Many things have changed, and I need to update this page to reflect 7 years into the future.

Covid-19 has affected alot of the 2020 and 2021 pool year.. there are some tournaments, but not many were I live in Southern WI, which has occupancy restrictions on places such as pool halls, bars, and taverns .. all places where pool is played.

A few places have nice calendars of billiards events:

• Calendar of WI Pool Tournaments Isn't as well updated as it used to be, but it is there for use! It is a free service provided courtesy of Jacoby Custom Cues.
• Billiard's Digest Event Calendar

Local -- Madison, WI

THere are no local tournaments due to Covid.

WI -- State Wide

• WAMO -- Wisconsin Amusement & Music Operators (State VNEA) Usually held in April, though the calendar shifts around Easter which makes this go from start of March to late in April!
• WI BCA State Tournament Usually held in February.

• WPPS 9-Ball Tour (WI Pool Players Society)
• Pechauer SE Wisconsin Pocket Billiards Tour
• Olympia Open -- Oconomowoc, January of each Year
• DrPool.net Pool Promotions (North American Casino Pool Tour) August-April

• BCA -- Held in Las Vegas in mid July
• VNEA -- Held in Las Vegas in late May
