This web page was designed with Visual InterDev on a machine running Windows NT Workstation 4.0. (VID wasn't necessary, but it did speed things up!) It was tested with Peer Web Services (NT Workstation version of IIS 3.0). The graphics were done entirely with Microsoft Image Composer 1.0a, which crashed a lot. All the graphics are my own creations (not clip art) except for the fonts.
