Projection
A tuple is passed to the projection iterator and fields are either
rearranged and / or omitted completely.
Unless duplicate elimination is required, projection is done
as part of selections or joins whenever possible.
Elimination of duplicates
A sorting iterator is used to perform duplicate elimination.
