Matt D’Amour is the consummate teammate; positive, encouraging,
supportive, and when you start to fuck up, he’s steps up to
minimize your damage. In short, he’s got your back like
scoliosis. Matt has never turned a deaf ear to a teammate, and
never turned down the opportunity to make a mockery of the defense
the other team throws at him. He trains and trains like it’s
going out of style, always giving every atom of his element to the
game, his team, and his goals. His impeccable work ethic will be
missed, as well as the memories of his first naïve years as a
Hodag. Watching him grow has been a pleasure for me, a terror for
