1) Remember that you need at have an "alpha" demo with your mentor. This should be done by May 5. Most of the mentors are going to be gone in the weekend. If you don't have an alpha demo, we will deduct points. You should target having thie basic functionality working by the alpha-demo. Use the rest of the week to polish. 2) Make sure you add a threat model section to your design document. This section should go through all the threats and demonstrate how your protocol addresses these threats. If some threats are not addressed, mention it in your design document. 3) Read the project notes (link given below) carefully.
