discuss ideas with your buddy team, i.e, for that matter any
team. 

Protocol for design document:

	 Step 1) Write your design document:-)
	 Step 2) Show your design document to your "buddy team" and
	 address their comments.
	 Step 3) Give the revised document to the mentors and address
	 their comments. 
	 Step 4) Submit the design document.
