Columbia's Finest is DLC for BioShock Infinite and unlike the other three pieces of DLC it is not part of the season pass. It contains various additions offered with editions and retailers prior to the release of the main game, such as the Upgrade Pack included with BioShock Infinite (Premium Edition) and BioShock Infinite (Ultimate Songbird Edition) and the Industrial Revolution where redemption codes where offered through a Flash game for different editions, preorders and specific retailers. It also includes the additional weapons exclusive to the Best Buy and Gamestop retail editions. The complete contents are:

• 500 Silver Eagles (in-game currency)
• 5 lock picks
• 6 unique gear items with bonuses:
  • Betrayer
  • Bull Rush
  • Extra! Extra!
  • Fleet Feet
  • Handyman Nemesis
  • Sugar Rush
  
  
• Comstock's China Broom Shotgun (gold ornamentation + 35% damage increase)
• Comstock's Eagle Eye Sniper Rifle (gold ornamentation + 35% damage increase)
