Trivia
Distribution
This game was distributed in the arcades in the U.S. by Bally Midway, the same people who distributed Namco's Pac-Man. It never made much dent in the U.S. market. However, Namco approached Bally Midway with 2 games and allowed them first pick. Bally Midway only wanted to release 1 so they selected the maze-based Mappy and the other game went to Atari. The other game was the top grossing game of its year, Pole Position.Credits
