Description

Hoot Loop is a Magic Element swappable character figure for the game Skylanders: Swap Force. Hoot Loop was raised in a circus magician guild where he learned to create many illusions as well as to teleport. He starred in his guild's show until they were attacked by disguised Greebles against whom he fought. Master Eon, who witnessed the event from the audience, took an interest in Hoot Loop and recruited him as a Skylander.

Once placed on the Portal of Power, Hoot Loop will become the player character. He throw energy blasts at enemies and can use his teleporting loops to elude them. His Swap Zone power is Teleport.

A black and white variant of Hoot Loop with completely different stats known as Enchanted Hoot Loop was available exclusively at Wal-Mart.

On the North American packaging, the character's catch phrase is not "Let's ruffle some feathers!" as it should. Instead, "Whip up a storm!", which is Free Ranger's catch phrase, is printed. The French translation, however, is correct.
