The PS3 version of Sniper: Ghost Warrior was released a year after the PC and Xbox 360 versions and contains new features next to the base game:

New single player missions.
Bonus multiplayer maps.
New 'Capture the Flag' multiplayer mode.
Two new sniper rifles: the L96 and Cheytac M200 Intervention.
Hardcore difficulty mode.
