enews v1.0

Thanks for taking the time to download enews v1.0.  Please follow the instructions below to complete the installation.

Requirements:

PHP 4 (safe mode currently)

To Install:
-----------
1) Copy files to your root dir of website
2) Chmod 777 /data
3) Chmod 666 /data/1 /data/tracking /newsadmin/pass.word
4) Remove readme.txt file from /chat (if it exists)
5) Login to /newsadmin with username admin and pass 123   change this!!

You're done!

Features:

multiple users post news, limit to their own creations
admin control over all
nice layout.
