- Simply put all the files in the folder in the document folder where you host localhost. 
- Using a web browser, type in "localhost/upload.php" to load the web app. 
- You may need to change user permission to permit upload files and download files.  
- Note: For some reason, php fails to execute the video seam carving executable. The website will take the user back to the main page upon executing the video in results.php to avoid the execution problem. If you know how to fix the issue, please send an email to kcheung6@wisc.edu.
