The datasets we used in the IMC13 paper titled Next Stop, the Cloud: Understanding Modern Web Service Deployment in EC2 and Azure are downloadable on the page.
The datasets include the Alexa top 1M domains, Alexa subdomain DNS records, IP Approximation based Cartography data, RTT based Cartography data, Name Server Information and Wide Area Performance Measurements.
