It is imperative that you read and take note of all information presented on this site regarding the design of your web pages. All rules and regulations are made to with respect to University policies and with your best interests in mind. We want your websites to present your summer research work in a professional, yet creative manner. So get creative and have fun!!!

Your web-site should have at a minimum Three pages:

  • Home Page- A simple introduction of yourself and your work this summer (Also known as an "about me" or "index" page). This page does not have to be an autobiographical sketch of your entire life, it should simply serve as an introduction of yourself.

  • Research Page- An in-depth look into the research work you did during the summer. This page at the least will contain links to your research paper, presentation. All other links on this page should remain strictly relative to your research work (i.e. links to related research websites or papers that you have read)

  • Portfolio Page- Showing various parts of your portfolio (to be defined later)

Other pages that you may include are:

  • Links Page - a listing of acceptable personal links

  • A "Miscellaneous" Page - one that may include random, and unrelated activities from the various Program Outings/Activities.
