LARRY BIELAWSKI holds the Decker Chair in Information Technology at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. ROBERT LEWAND is a professor of mathematics and computer science at Goucher College. Both have developed intelligent systems for numerous businesses and organizations such as the United Nations, Zenith Data Systems, John Wiley & Sons, and the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
