You need a lot of perseverance to finish this book but it's worth the effort.
It provides a detailed explanation of every topic you might encounter on the exam and (!) a bonus material. Having meditated on it for a while helped me not only to pass the exam but to deeply understand Web Application machinery.

Ok, it is the only book that teaches the Oracle WEB component exam, no other book to compare. Anyway it is quite good and covers all required topics (even more, some topics covered already removed by Oracle from exam)
Good book .. i think that's worth the money ! :) helped me to clear the certification with 91%

the book was a masterpiece. not that i liked its contents so much, and i could not say it was free of factual error, but still i have to admit the author has done an amazingly good job writing up in a clear way such very dry and uninteresting topics. I have yet to take the exam, but I think this book has provided me with more information than necessary for just passing the exam.
