APB PRESPECTIVE REVIEW:

I really enjoyed reading this book , this is a book an author and a reader will appreciate. Shari Dunham and Jake Carter seemed like an unlikely pair in the beginning ., but there was something between them and it was wonderful watching that something happen. This story was an easy read and just like the title says , it's a prelude to a story I want to read more about, characters I want to explore and a relationship I wish to see happen . I would also like to see what happ

sweetness dipped in melancholoy

There's a softer side of sadness that one experiences while reading this work. Shari, a strong yet gentle soul, seems so grounded, certain of who she is and what she won't settle for. Jarod is sexy, solid, serious and serene. They're so grown up and intense. I like them as well as their surrounding characters. I look forward to a full novel of this match.still, I would've enjoyed more chemistry in the dialogue. It's as if Lily feels we're too smart to be over indu

I enjoyed this story of two individuals that were like coins with two sides. Being a therapist was Jarod's day job, but he took on a different role in his spare time, which bought him into the same space as Shari a freelance journalist, who after having a traumatic health issue loss some of her sensuality.

While this was a short story, the author did a great job with character building and setting us up for the next story.

Other characters I am hoping to see more of are Jesse and Brandon.

Shelves: romance
This is a lovely warm love story all about second chances and rekindled pleasures. Shari and Jarod are two souls whose sudden attraction for each other is not only rapid but intense. Set over a short time-frame, Prelude for Tomorrow is a well-written ‘real love at first sight’ story, with wonderful fleshed-out characters and layered depth. An easy, flowing, and enjoyable read!
