Really liked the book. Contains tons of valuable advices on how to approach not only current Java performance problems but also on how to protect your systems against future changes in usage patterns. The chapter on wait-based tuning approach is a gem IMO, and so is the last chapter that acts as a cheat sheet for the most commonly observed performance related problems in Java EE environments.
