GamePowerBesides all of the cosmetic and mechanical embellishments, BreakAway also improved the competency of the artificial intelligence, making Waterloo one of the most challenging historical war games to come out in a very long time.

The included historical background is fantastic, if for no other reason than to show just how much research the developers did into recreating this particular battle.

If you are a fan of the genre, history or war gaming in general then this is a must have title.

A must have for history buffs and a good choice for other gamers who have the time, patience and will required to master the intriguing gameplay.

(This engine) is already showing its age but, as if to prove the point about gameplay being more important than graphics, I've had a lot of fun with this one.
