"Minutes pass by faster than hours"
From the makers of "Timberman" comes another simple mobile port quick reactions flashgame. Your fly jumps in a square at 4 places to dodge the minutes-/hours pointer of a faster running watch. Each jump brings you 1 scorepoint. Quite innovative and challenging on higher scores because the pointer speed increases. Mostly you can fullfill a 3/4 hour and have to wait for the minutes to open a gap between them and the hours. The game also contains different clock designs, fly costumes, a MP mode and upleveling.

Overall a pointless time waster that rewards you for less skillful play in multiplayer. But, considering I am at the dentist waiting for a a root canal, I suppose It's better that what I am about to have done, it does keep my kids entertained, for the moment

6/10 - Would rather play this than get dental work done

Basic Information
Title: Fly O’Clock
Developer: Digital Melody
Publisher: Forever Entertainment S.A.
Genre: Casual

General Impression
Fly O’Clock is a 2D casual game in the form of an endless jumper based upon clock mechanics. The premise is simple: you have a large selection of feathered characters to choose from and also enough diversity within the challenges themselves, the wrist watches you have navigate through. It’s a very decently priced game with an addicting score point system, and even the multiplayer option in the form of split screen. The somewhat annoying and repetitive sounds are a flaw, but considering the fun you’ll have with this game as well as the inclusion of both Achievements and Cards, it’s safe to consider buying it.

Strong Points
+ Fun and addictive type of gameplay.
+ Steam Trading Cards & Achievements.

Weak Points
- Limited selection of sounds.

Rating 7/10

All you need is 89 cents to enjoy a genius idea

You are a little fly and you have to jump by clicking down on your arrow keys over two clock hands, otherwise you will get smashed and the game is over.

Sounds easy, but it is not. You mostly start by clicking the down arrow the wrong moment.

But, with a bit training you achieve fast a higher jump counter, get achievements, level up (yes there is a great exp level up system) or compete against other nerve wracks on the multiplayer.

What I like:

+ simple idea, perfect execution
+ price
+ little time waster
+ multiplayer
+ one key input
+ achievements
+ level-up system

What I don't like:

- it will stress you a lot and rage quitting predestined

If you can handle raging and you like competing against your own highscore or other players: this game is for you!

Highly recommended

There are not words to describe a game as intricate and emotional as Fly O'Clock. This game is a diamond in the rough in the video game industry, and has enough cutscenes to also boast a full-feature film. The characters are dynamic, the weather system and day-night cycle is groundbreaking for the industry, and the voice acting is simply incredible. This game tugged on my heartstrings every time a major character died, and had me asking for more. This game made us think and the story made us feel. The ranking system is as rewarding as it is ambient, and the online community is still discovering easter eggs within this masterpiece.

Alright, down to the scoring.

Music: 10/10. Not even Hans Zimmer could compose a theme as emotional as Fly O'Clock's.

Gameplay: 11/10. Never had I ever been as immersed in a video game as this one. I was sucked into this complex dynamic world and could not get out. I fell in love with the characters, and the gameplay itself is completely seamless.

Graphics: perfect 5/7. I honestly could not distinguish this game from real life. If you enjoyed the graphics of modded Battlefront 3, you will be blown away by the textures and animations.

Controls: ∞/10. If you play this game with a HTC Vive, you will struggle to distinguish your real-life motorary functions from your actions within the game. The controls are intuitive, responsive, and dynamic.

Final Verdict: If you do not own this game, you are missing out on an experience that will shape your life decisions for years to come. Fly O'Clock is the pinnacle of human achievement.

What time is it? Damn straight, it's Fly O'Clock.

In this game, for the measly sum of 79p, you can play as a Popefly. A POPEFLY.

What, you want to know about the gameplay? Well, fine. But… Popefly. Come on.

From the makers of the absurdly popular ‘Timberman’, Fly O’Clock is an incredibly addictive game. Your job (and you only have one) is to jump over the hands as they speed around the watch. The more you jump, the faster the hands go, and the higher the chance that you get sliced into tiny fly chunks.

I should probably add that I’m terrible at this game. My best score is 85, and the achievements go up to 400 (please present yourself in the comments below so that I can personally congratulate you if you achieved this).

The graphics aren’t much to look at but you do unlock various different vaguely adorable flying creatures as you level up, including a bee, and some - well, whatever-they-ares.

For the most part, it’s a fun distraction, with two elements; beating your own score in singleplayer mode, and upping your rank by beating people in multiplayer mode (either via online multiplayer or local co-op). Plus hats.

The singleplayer mode invokes that *just one more* feeling, because next time, for sure, you feel you’ll jump that little bit better, that little bit quicker, and hit another high score.

Multiplayer on the other hand, feels like it needs some work. For a start you might not find a game (it took me an hour or so of checking on and off before I could); occasionally you’ll get smushed when no smushing should have occurred, and sometimes you’ll click and you might not jump. The easiest way to win is to take your time, because the more you jump, the faster the hands go, and the more likely those evil watch hands are to bring their slicey wrath upon you.

All in all, for the price, why not. What have you got to lose apart from the rest of your evening and your dignity in front of random internet strangers?

Click. Click. Click. Click. Click. Clickty-click. Click. That's all you'll hear if you end up buying this clicker game. It's addictive. It's a time sink. It's fun. It's simplistic. You'll need excuses to pry yourself away from this game. Easily one of my favourite games purchased off of Steam. Highly recommended!

"One more attempt" type of game. The trailer basically shows it all.
The trick is to catch a rythem that repeats itself, and basically adjust your speed accodingly as it keeps going faster and faster.

Great time passer in short bursts.

Very fun and addicting. The trick is to take it slow and try not to throw a fit for losing a high score.
