Hero Zero kicks off Summer Games!

Starting August 5th it’s all about summer games in Humpreydale. Until August 21st heroes can look forward to many exhilarating missions, a great collection event and a particularly nasty villain.

Furthermore, the Second Hand Shop has added 16 new sporty items as well as a cute sloth as a sidekick.

Sporty missions and a heroic collection event

At the commencement of the Summer Games players must - now more than ever - put their stamina to the test to master sporty challenges. Exciting time based and fighting missions have to be dealt with to prevent Humphreydale from going down in chaos. The balls for shot put need to be checked for roundness and lost watches need to be found on the beach volleyball court. And as if that was not enough, sports club leader Eddy needs help from all the Heroes – and of course cool rewards are expecting you!

Super villain alarm!

Doctor Nick Not the master thief is on the way to sabotage the summer games. The mean villain has to be stopped immediately, or else... This is a desperate time for Humphreydale, so we're calling all heroes for help!

Brand new items and a cute sidekick

The Second Hand Shop features 16 sporty items to help superheroes mastering the challenges. Water enthusiasts for example can look forward to the Swimming Suit of the Freestyle Swimmer, heros who prefer staying dry should take a look at the Sweatband of Beach Volleyball Heroes.
Superheroes who have already reached level 60 have the possibility to get the extremely special sidekick Brad.

This is so wrong!!! To become a true hero you need to do:

100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!

If you like a game that is point and click and waiting then this is the game for you. Has a pay 2 win aspect and you can barley do anything besides clicking. Would not recommend

UGH! I really wanted to like this I love superhero mmos and games of all types but this is just another pay2win speed it up browser/mobile game. Once you run out of those starting donuts you have to wait minutes for things to finish and progress in the game. I made it to level 8 after that I couldn't do anything but do these simple player battles but I ended up dying from fighting high level players with 900+ health when I only had 200. The concept was dope and all but games with wait times on pc will never go well on steam.

Don't be fooled. It's just like Mafia Wars. You spend money for "donuts" to speed things up. You even need "donuts" to refresh the clothing store. Fun factor completely zero.

It's like Mafia Wars on facebook/iphone ending up on Steam. Don't waste your time.

EDIT: i honestly think there are people from the development side trying to push this game with positive reviews. all the real and negative reviews and being drowned out

Another mobile game on steam! How do companies think they can get away with it? Because a sucker is born everyday. This is just another pay2win, stamina drained and pay to speed it mobile game.

Each time they (mobile companies) release a cancerous "pay to speed up" or "stamina is gone, buy more to keep playing" game they somehow manage to wipe peoples minds of their past actions.

In just a few months another will come out. How will we stop it? We can't. We can use steams review system as a weapon. Download this game, let it idle for 5 minutes, and then give it a thumbs down.

Have you been in the Android or iPhone markets? All those games are just itching to take over steam and make steam a filth pool.

For whatever reason, people buy them and expect different. A sucker is born everyday, such a true statement.

The developers that make games like this are scum, they are directly responsible for the slow downfall of gaming.

I would go on more but my stamina ran out and Id need to buy more to keep playing...

Not sure why this game is on Steam. There are a 100 other reviews just like this one. Wait X minutes something to complete or spend 'donuts' to speed up the task... yes you guessed it, donuts cost real money. It is not fundamentally any different to any P2W game you can get on your phone. When I say P2W, I don't think there is any 'winning' of the game since it is based on your ranking against all other players.

How did a bad game such as this one, that is littered with micro-transactions and sitting around waiting become my second most played game in my Steam library of over 170 games? Honestly I don't know.....

Amusing time-waster - err, I mean something to do while waiting (on hold, for oven to pre-heat, etc)
