About This Game

It’s the hottest summer on record, and all across Europe, valuable objects are disappearing.

Museum curators unlock cabinets and find precious artefacts stolen. Wealthy mansion owners wake up to see their priceless paintings have vanished from the walls.

One thing’s clear: a master thief is touring the continent and the police are left scratching their heads.

In this 15 minute game by Crows Crows Crows, a team led by William Pugh (The Stanley Parable), slip into the soft-soled shoes of the mastermind responsible…

… silently cross the darkened lawn of the mansion…

… hold tight to the tranquiliser gun in your pocket, and commit the most audacious heis--

oh god I can’t do this any more, i’m joining the strike. i didn’t want to - i honestly didn’t want to, but it’s gone too far

i’m supposed to be writing the steam store description and that’s it, that’s my job, but because of the understaffing i’ve been told i need to work in the lighting department too and it’s only a matter of time before i’m re-assigned to wildlife preparation

and everybody knows that working for wildlife preparation is mostly about trying very hard not to be eaten by the tiger

so that’s it, i’m joining the picket. if they want somebody else to finish the description, that’s their problem

i’m out.

It's a short and funny little game. I'm not going to tell You anything about it, because it would spoil it. Just go play it. It's free, You can't lose anything with downloading it.

Uhm, what kind of review is this... OK, let's write a basic one:

+Pros+
  • The voice acting is awesome
  • It's funny
  • It looks beautiful
-Cons-
  • You're still reading this silly review instead of playing the game.
  • Being serious: I can't say anything negative about the game. It's short, but I don't think that's a problem.

Only negative point is that once you shift+tab - achievements will not score. So for them turn steam overlay off, play in windowed mode and read guide to achievements in steam window.
Otherwise game in generally fun.

This game is incredibly short and has basically no replay value. But if you haven't played it yet, it is absolutely an interesting, rewarding, and humorous way to spend your next twenty minutes. I dream sometimes of living in a world where there was an abundance of games like this: well-designed and affordable charming capsule experiences. Someday.

Free, fast, funny. I don't really want to say much about what you do because I don't want to spoil it. The game is easily worth 20 minutes of your time. Go out and give it a shot!

Play hungry, you'll be eating a lot of pretzels.

A fun little dissemination of game development in a simlar vein to The Stanley Parable and The Beginner's Guide. Simon Amstell does a good job as the narrator and the game functions adequately. Has a few silly collectibles and other things to concern yourself over whilst the narrator begs for your compliance.

I highly recommend a second playthrough so you can listen to the insane recordings of Justin Roiland (of Rick and Morty fame). You'll be glad you did.

It's very difficult to explain why Dr. Langeskov is something you need to experience, at least without giving away the whole game. If you haven't yet had a chance to enter the mansion, do yourself a favor and give it a shot. It's free, it won't take long, and you'll have fun.

It's kinda like a mini version of The Stanley Parable without the decisions. If you liked the voicework of that game, you'll like this.

Pros:
-The voice acting is great.
-It's a funny little game.
-It's short.
-Stunning Graphics.
-Little humorous secrets if you stay in certain places long enough and look at details, well thought out.

Cons:
-NOTHING.
-Literally Nothing.
-Beware of the damn tiger.

So, my text here will spoil the form of the game, but I think it's worth reading or I wouldn't write it. This game is short and easy breezy like the Stanley Parable Demo (I haven't played Stanley fully, but it's like that in form). So, given that, if you want to play it, play it once and then delete it. The extra achievements are nothing and I got zero of them even though I did two of them and spent a ton of time with things on my second playthrough trying to get them and stuff that could've theoretically been the one hidden achievement. So, achievements are broken or an additional theory is that if you use Steam Overlay or activate it then that will also null achievements, but I've seen posts that rebuke that, so whatever. Being short and easy breezy like I said and being free, this could be one of the highest reviewed games on Steam's current review system. Easily skippable and depending on your download speed, may not even be worth your time.

Really funny experience.
I have to admit this game creator is a genius.
And his taste of the graphic appearance is really interesting and unique.
Let's praise this game;)

Good game. Short but as long as it needs to be, since you wouldn't want a game that drags on with this plot.
It does remind me of the Stanley Parable, but there are differences in the way it's handled. I don't get the "it's not Stanley" argument. Seriously, why would you want to play an identical game to Stanley?
Looks nice, voice acting is superb.

Clean, smooth, wonderful game- so long as the player behind you turns on the damn light before he/she releases the tiger.

I mean, I get random player team work and community spirit and all but come on. I did my bit. Would it kill the next player to do theirs? And I get strikes happen and all that and yeah unions. But seriously people. You crossed the picket line so to speak so now just stop with all the secondary interrupts. I really want to finish the game. And find some mustard for these pretzels.

Once you start the heist this game gets hard, like dark souls hard. That said, getting past the guards, lasers and even a freaking tiger makes it all worth it. Totally recommend!

Very Good Game, but I was wishing it lasted longer. The concept of the 'game in the game' (Heist part) sounded really good. About the pencils though...
