Dorian J. Cougias and E. L. Heiberger are the authors of Designing AppleTalk Network Architectures and AppleTalk Network Services. Cougias is the chief executive officer of Network Frontiers, a company that provides consulting and training for network design, security, and disaster recovery. He was the CEO of Zapwerk and the chief information officer of True North Communications. He lives in Los Altos, California. Heiberger was the CIO of Macworld and the senior vice president of online marketing for Foote, Cone & Belding. She lives in Los Altos, California. Karsten Koop has written for several technical magazines including MacZeit and MACup. At Adobe GoLive of Germany, he was the technical trainer, installation expert, and field expert for magazine database publishing.
