• Jonathan Cook is the DB2 Project Leader at the International Technical Support Organization (ITSO), Austin Center. He has ten years of experience as a database specialist working in the areas of application development and database administration. He has been with IBM since 1992, working in both the United Kingdom and France before joining the Austin ITSO. He writes extensively and teaches IBM classes worldwide on DB2 for the UNIX and Intel platforms.
• Robert Harbus is the DB2 Universal Database Certification and Education coordinator at the IBM Toronto Lab. A member of the DB2 UDB team since its inception in 1991, Robert provided Technical Marketing and Electronic customer support and direct customer support most recently as a member of the DB2 Universal Database Enterprise - Extended Edition (EEE) support team. Robert is currently responsible for the DB2 UDB certification program and testing, and works with the ITSO and Education & Training to ensure that DB2 UDB education courses, training and material are available to meet the needs of DB2 UDB users. Robert teaches DB2 internals and certification courses worldwide and is involved in producing certification guides and redbooks.
• Dwaine Snow has worked with DB2 Universal Database and its predecessors for the past 8 years. During this time, he has written and designed applications using DB2. He has also worked in the DB2 UDB Customer Service Team. Dwaine has written a number of DB2-related articles and has contributed to a number of DB2 redbooks. He has presented at DB2 conferences and has taught DB2 UDB courses worldwide.
• Anthony Cunningham has been working with DB2 since joining IBM in 1994. Initially he was involved with internal DB2/390 systems, covering a multitude of services ranging from installation through to disaster recovery. Later he became interested in DB2 Common Server and moving onto DB2 UDB, gaining an interest in connectivity and cross platform support. Today Anthony works for the UK Software Business providing technical pre-sales support.
• Rubina Goolamhussen is a Data Management Products support specialist in IBM Portugal. She supports DB2 on Intel and UNIX platforms. She has been working with related DB2 products for over three years.
• Cheng Gu has been an IBM technical specialist since 1996, providing technical support on IBM Data Management products and solutions, working with DB2, Visual Warehouse and DB2 OLAP Server. Cheng also provides technical support on major Enterprise Resource Planning solutions with DB2, such as SAP and Baan. He has certified in the areas of DB2 Database Administration and SAP R/3 on DB2 Installation.
• Nancy Miller is a part of IBM's Personal Solutions System Center, which performs services and support for DB2 and many other products on the Intel platform. She has been working with and supporting DB2 since 1992.
• Yu-Phing Ong has worked in the IBM Support Centre of Australia, for the last 4 years. He is the country specialist in Australia, for DB2 on the PC and Unix platforms, and is a member, and the team leader, of the ISC group which supports the Asia Pacific (South) region in the suite of Information/Knowledge management products from IBM.
