Conway's Game of Life.
In this "game" one selects the cells that they want to be alive. Once these are all selected, the person then hits start.
What happens then is that according to 4 simple rules, the cells either live or die. The rules are this: 1) If a cell is alive and has less than two neighbors, it dies as if by loneliness. 2) If a cell is alive and has four or more neighbors, it dies from overcrowding. 3) If a cell is alive and has either two or three neighbors, it lives. 4) If a cell is dead and it has exactly 3 neighbors, it becomes alive.
The buttons are self-explanatory and the circle is red or green, depending on whether the simulation is off or on.
