THESE DATA:

SOURCE:

Yeast (S.cerevisiae) sequences that have evidence (p-value < 0.01 from Lee, et
al.) that both ACE2 and SWI5 bind to their upstream regions. These upstream
regions were downloaded from the UCSC genome browser (Karolchik, et al.)
(latest build as of April, 2005, 500 bp from upstream/promoter region)

FILES:

regulon:	list of genes in the set
markov:	5th order Markov model of the 500 bp upstream/promoter sequences in yeast.
positive.fa: Positive sequences (500 bp upstream/promoter sequences from the list)
negative.fa: Negative sequences (500 bp upstream/promoter sequences selected randomly from yeast)
motif.pssm: PSSM file of 40 motifs
motif.fa: FASTA format version of the motifs
