great powerpack w lots of features and tips

Posted by: IraEstADonum from on 09/08/2015Nice portable batter pack with a good amount of juice for your power hungry electronics. I use it mainly with my 10" android tablet and my android phone but it comes with a handful of tips that you can use with various different brands. If you look under the specs tab you can see which tips it comes with and brands those tips are for. Its not super heavy but still packs in a lot of juice and it charges easily over night with a 1 amp wall adapter and in about half that time using a 2 amp adapter that now comes with most smartphones and tablets. It has an LED indicator that will show you how much power it has left which is a feature that a lot of other power packs do not have. It has a few saftey features that I find very important when using external power packs - it has over charging and over current safety features to help protect your plugged in devices. Over all its a great powerpack that has a lot of juice for your power hungry devices, has some safety features and lots of tips for your varied devices.

Great power bank for my Acer laptop and smartphone

I work from home, so I like to get out of the house and work from the laptop elsewhere to not be in the same house 24x7, and take advantage of the freedom. This thing has made that much easier. My laptop gets 3-5hr battery life. With this I get roughly 1 more additional charges, depending on how I'm using the laptop. I love that I can go code from a museum cafe or beach and either hop on the wifi or on my tethered smartphone and work wherever, until whenever my brain's had enough rather than the laptop. The Poweradd looks nice. You can use it just like your power bank for your smartphone and we also use it for our ipad iphone6. Charging the Poweradd too 100% takes about 6.5 hours. Now for a more technical review for those who do understand a bit more about electricity. My laptop is an Acer Aspire R7: http://www.cnet.com/products/acer-aspire-r7/specs/ With a 53 Watt-hour battery, and as I said it gets 3-5hrs of life on that battery depending on whether I'm crunching the CPU/watching video with the screen at max brightness, or coding in dim light. Overall, a solid powerbank that won't disappoint. You'll come to love the LED indicater display to see how much power is left in the unit / if it is time to recharge. You'll also enjoy the large capacity, recharging that phone multiple times or nearly recharging the tablet/laptop from scratch.
