What To Do

Turn in what you built (load-balance.py, etc.) and a short description of how it works. Were you able to build a locality-aware approach, and show its benefits?

Put your code and a short README describing what you did and what you found in your p3/ directory. If working in a group with users a, b, and c (for example), put the work in one directory (e.g., a/p3/) and link to it from the others (from b/p3 and c/p3).
