I have a 1973 Volkswagen Thing in pretty good shape. I purchased this with the intention of painting it over the winter but have since tripped into a project I want to do first. I've had the brakes gone through as well as all the electrical gone through. This Thing does have a heater that appears to be in good shape (I have not gone through it yet). Has some rust in the normal areas that doesn't seem to be too bad. It appears someone backed into the front of the vehicle so it would have to be pulled out 1/2 inch or so. Parts are easily available. Runs great. Roof in ok shape...one small rip that was patched.
