It will sleep 5 but very cozy. It has a stove top, Norcold fridge, full size residential shower, air conditioner, furnace, and water heater. Lots of storage. It carries 110 gallons of water to shower with. We used it when we were off-road racing and having a nice warm shower is a big deal. The tires are new Yokahamas. It carries two 20# propane tanks for the heaters and stove. It can use some cosmetic work but it is ready to tow. It has a large receiver hitch and is wired for trailer brakes.
