This is a solid restorable VW Ghia.
It is Originally a California car and comes with a clean title.
The body and pan has matching numbers.
Comes with most of the parts (from my estimation enough parts to get it back on the road for sure).
The engine and gearbox are from a later model VW type 1.
Engine turns, transmission shifts and the car rolls.
I have paperwork stating the engine was rebuilt in the mid 80's and was last registered for road use in 1997 out in California.
Heater channels are solid.
Some rust in the lower wings and rocker skins.
