Used Lincoln Navigator L SUVs

Other than some new colors, the Lincoln Navigator luxury SUV remains unchanged for 2014.

The only changes to the Lincoln Navigator for 2013 are a few new exterior paint colors.

The 2012 Lincoln Navigator adds a blind-spot side monitor for the outside mirrors and Lincoln's Sync Applink mobile app integration feature.

For 2011, Lincoln adds as standard its voice-activated navigation system with SIRIUS Travel Link and HD Radio to the Navigator.

For 2010, Lincoln adds a number of new standard features including an expanded three-year subscription to SYNC communications with 911 Assist, vehicle health reports and traffic, direction and information service. Other new standard features include power deployable running boards, Trailer Sway Control and the programmable MyKey system.

Lincoln further simplifies the Navigator lineup by adding more standard equipment to the L and bundling the remaining options into the Elite package. New for 2009 is a Monochrome Limited Edition package that replaces most of the lower exterior chrome trim with body-colored pieces.

With the deletion of the Ultimate trim, the base model receives more standard equipment, including a power rear liftgate, PowerFold third-row seat, heated and cooled front seats, SIRIUS Satellite Radio and the 14-speaker THX II-certified premium audio system. The Rearview Camera is now available on both the standard and L trims.

Some may question why Ford is introducing new full-size truck-based Ford Expeditions and Lincoln Navigators when the U.S. market for big SUVs is shrinking due to high gas prices. But there is no suitable replacement for folks who need to carry a lot of people and cargo in weather- and theft-protected security and be able to tow those heavier trailer loads.
