A Rome man was arrested on 15 Etowah Terrace Friday after an altercation which led to a felony and two misdemeanor charges.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

<person>Seth Javan Sanchez</person>, 22, of 2056 Ellison Way, injured the victim in an altercation and broke their cell phone. He committed these offenses in front of an 18 month old.

<person>Sanchez</person> is charged with felony criminal damage to property, misdemeanor battery and cruelty to children in the third degree, all under the Family Violence Act.
